Create a safe and confidential space for your therapy sessions in the comfort of your own home. Telehealth eliminates the need to travel, ensuring your privacy and comfort throughout the therapeutic process.

Accessible Care for Everyone & Medicare Rebates Available
Geography should never be a barrier to mental health support. Our telehealth services break down geographical boundaries, making quality psychological care accessible to individuals wherever they may be.
Medicare now provide rebates for phone sessions, as well as for video sessions.

After Hours Available
Telehealth sessions at Immersive are offered Australia wide, and internationally, and we offer after hour appointments and weekend availability.

Our Telehealth Services

Individual Counselling
Our experienced psychologists, offer one-on-one counselling sessions after hours to help accommodate your busy lifestyle or remote locality. They aim to help you navigate personal challenges, improve your mental well-being, and develop coping strategies for a healthier life.

How It Works

  1. Schedule an Appointment: Contact us to schedule a telehealth appointment at a time that suits your schedule. You can do this by Submitting an inquiry form, and reception will contact you via email with next steps, practitioner recommendations, and appointment options. If youโ€™re ready to book your first appointment, simply hit the โ€œNew Appointmentโ€ button on our Contact Page.
  2. Once youโ€™re booked in, you will be sent an email with the link and steps to connect to your session. Save your telehealth link (it is the same one each time).
  3. Otherwise, you can simply join or save this link here:

  4. Joining the call is easy, simply follow the instructions below;

  6. Secure Virtual Sessions: We use encrypted and secure platforms to ensure the confidentiality of your sessions.

How best to prepare?

  1. Find a comfortable place to sit with good lighting so your psychologist can see you clearly. Your psychologist will do the same โ€“ please let them know if there is any difficulty in hearing or seeing them.
  2. Ensure you have a private (both visual and auditory), quiet place for your session.
  3. Ensure your device is adequately charged or able to be plugged in if need be.
  4. Ensure your phone is on silent and adequately charged (or able to be plugged in) where youโ€™re sitting. It may be needed as part of a backup plan if the connection breaks.
  5. Minimise the image of yourself, or move it off to the side, so that itโ€™s not a distraction.
  6. Ensure anticipated distractions (children, pets etc) are managed so they wonโ€™t disrupt you.
  7. Have a glass of water (or a cuppa), some tissues and a blanket on hand to help you feel comfortable.
  8. If there are any problems with the connection, your psychologist will attempt to open the meeting for a few minutes. After a few minutes, click the telehealth link again to re-join the meeting. If you cannot connect again, your psychologist will then call you on your mobile number to discuss or to continue the session on the phone.
