To maintain the quality of our service, we do not offer bulk billing. However, we understand that financial situations can vary, and we are dedicated to ensuring our services are accessible. If you are facing financial hardship, please reach out to our reception, and we would be happy to discuss personalized financial options with you. Additionally, we offer after-pay services for added convenience.

Payment

Please be aware that payment is expected on the day of your in-person session. For telehealth sessions, payments will be processed 48 hours before your appointment, and our reception team will reach out to you for payment details.

We accept payments only through VISA or MasterCard, which can be processed online or by phone at 0400 428 593. Additionally, we offer the convenience of Afterpay for those who prefer to pay in instalments.
