We are expanding our team in 2024.
If you're a compassionate, driven, caring practitioner (psychologist, dietitian, psychiatrist, or general practitioner) who is passionate about providing genuinely integrated HAES care, from a trauma-informed framework, within a multidisciplinary team with work-life balance – then reach out. We are currently searching for practitioners who are passionate about caring for those with trauma, all things eating disorders, neurodiversity, and the intersectionality of these presentations.
The support care team and administrative team is growing. If you’re experienced in administrative allied health support (medical reception, practice management, care team) we’d love to hear from you.
Our Journey and Philosophy
We are an emerging practice with a drive to rethink the practitioner and broader staff experience and outdated business models (to include practitioner care, support, decent reparation, and work-life balance). The practice, in part, emerged out of the desire to create a space of care for practitioners and employees where burnout is prevented (not managed), and practitioners are thriving and flourishing, and able to enjoy providing the exceptional care they are trained to do (not bogged down in admin and governance, or financial insecurity). Our business and leadership model are inspired by the likes of Adam Grant and Brenè Brown and is foremost people centred (for both the clients and practitioners) where we practice and model what we preach.
