Delivery: Telehealth and Phone consult only
Cost: $150.00

Includes:

  • Online ADHD and psychological screener questionnaires
  • 30 min video or telephone call with a psychologist for follow up screening questions, and brief history taking and recommendations.

If the consulting psychologist recommends continuing ADHD assessment after the consult, the cost of the assessment package will be deducted from your ADHD assessment. If the psychologist does not recommend further ADHD assessment, but you’d like continue therapeutic support, the costs of the initial consult session will be reduced by $50.00.
