About me
My diverse career journey includes time in the construction, military, mining and now private sector. I began my working life as a tradesman straight out of school before joining the military, where I spent four years as a rifleman developing teamwork and resilience. I then moved on to the mining sector where I became a licensed shot firer and developed my leadership and organisational skillset.
Now, as the Co-Director/Operations Manager at Immersive Psychology Group, I prioritise teamwork, innovation, and resilience while fostering a fun workplace. My unique experiences equip me to lead effectively, promoting growth, adaptability, and excellence. I believe in creating a positive, enjoyable work environment for our team's well-being and productivity.
Area of Interest
I have a broad fascination with all facets of psychology and a strong desire to create significant positive transformations in people's lives

What do you love most about the job?
I love having the opportunity to work with experienced and dedicated professionals who work hard to make a meaningful change in people's lives.
Three words that describe you the most?
Humorous, resilient, adaptable
What keeps you busy outside of work? What things are you learning at the moment? Interests, hobbies, etc.
Currently most of my time out of work is taken up with by looking after my son Fletcher and completing my Masters in Business Administration. However, with whatever time I have left I enjoy spending time with my friends and family walking my dog on the beach and riding my motorbike.
How do you play?
I play through humour, witty banter and building off each other in a conversation. I also love to find new challenges for myself to work through and enjoy the feeling of accomplishment that comes with completing a meaningful task.
