Qualifications & Accreditations
Completed a Bachelor of Psychology/Criminology (Criminal Behaviour) at Murdoch University in 2023. Enrolled and set to achieve a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) in 2024.
About me
My passion for understanding the mind and human behaviour began at an early age and led me to study psychology and criminology at university. I am now pursuing a postgraduate degree, where I am further developing my research and analytical abilities as I work on my thesis.
In addition to my studies, my experience in retail and volunteering with Save the Children has equipped me with strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills. These roles have strengthened my commitment to making a positive and meaningful impact on those around me.
Background + special interests
My current research explores healthism, the idea that individuals are responsible for managing their health through exercise and diet, despite the influence of genetic, social, and environmental factors. I am particularly focused on how these ideals are reinforced or challenged on social media and their impact on men's health and food perceptions.
Three words that describe you the most?
Empathetic, Respectful, Ambitious
What keeps you busy outside of work? What things are you learning at the moment? Interests, hobbies, etc.
My busy study schedule keeps me occupied most days, but when I do get a chance to unwind, I love getting lost in a book—whether it’s a light-hearted romance or a suspenseful thriller. I also enjoy baking with simple recipes at the moment, but I would like to expand my skills once my studies are complete.
How do you play?
I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, especially having game nights—which can get quite hilarious and intense! I’m also a foodie and coffee enthusiast, so I love exploring new restaurants and cafes.
