About me
I am a registered provisional psychologist, and since beginning my psychology journey 8 years ago, I have gained experience working across Ireland and Australia in clinical, community, and hospital settings. Over the past several years, I have supported children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating a range of mental health difficulties.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centred. I aim to create a safe space where you feel genuinely heard and supported, as I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel understood and respected. I work alongside you to hear and understand your experiences, build insight, and develop practical strategies that support positive and lasting change.
I draw on evidence-based approaches while remaining flexible to your individual needs. Whether we’re exploring patterns, building skills, or working through challenges together, I prioritise aligning therapy with what matters most to you.
Background & Special Interests
My background includes work in child and adolescent mental health, crisis intervention, and assisting with psychological assessment and formulation. I have supported individuals across a variety of environments including clinics, schools, hospitals, telehealth, and community settings. Alongside my clinical work, I have been involved in research exploring the relationship between chronic pain and psychological wellbeing, as well as developmental profiles in children with sensory processing differences.

What keeps you busy outside of work? What things are you learning at the moment? Interests, hobbies, etc.
Outside of work, I love travelling, cooking, and staying active. I spend a lot of time outdoors, especially at the beach, which helps me reset and stay balanced.
How do you play?
I love exploring new places, trying out new baking recipes, going on coastal walks, attending concerts and events, and spending time with my friends and family. I also enjoy staying active - whether it is going to the gym or trying out a new hiking trail!
