About me
I have 8 years of experience across education, disability and psychology sectors, with a variety of roles including: Playgroup leader and education assistant in a Montessori school; Crisis Supporter and Mentor with Lifeline; ADHD Support Group facilitator and Board Member of Malaysian Adult ADHD Society.
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, collaborative and strengths-based. I draw on Dr Ross Greene’s Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS), Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, ACT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy, adapting appropriate approaches to every client. I work with clients' support networks where possible for holistic, sustainable change.
By creating a safe, non-judgmental space, clients can understand their innate strengths, understand their unique strengths and needs, and develop the tools to navigate relationships and life with greater self-awareness, self-compassion and confidence.

What do you love most about the job? What drives you?
What I love most about this work is its collaborative nature, sitting with a client and working through issues together, especially in moments when a pattern emerges that suddenly makes sense of something they've been carrying for a long time. There's nothing quite like watching the pieces fit into place for someone. I am driven by the strength and courage I witness every day. My clients come in carrying real difficulties, and yet they show up, again and again, and trust me to walk alongside them as they explore who they are and why they move through the world the way they do. That trust is something I hold with care as they navigate their journey of self-discovery.
