About Me
I have been in the workforce for around 5 years doing various jobs. Most recently, my position as a  consulting vacationer at KPMG provided valuable exposure to the corporate environment. During this time,  I developed new skills through working with various software programs and took initiative in my own  learning by actively engaging with colleagues.

In my approach to therapy, I adopt a warm, client-centered style. I believe it is essential for individuals to  feel safe, supported, and free from judgment when opening up about personal experiences. Creating a  space of empathy and compassion allows clients to be vulnerable and heard. My goal is to help clients feel  more at ease and less overwhelmed, while not everything needs to be resolved immediately, it is  important that they feel supported and know they are not facing challenges alone.

Background & Special Interests
I am currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Law at the University of Western Australia. I plan to continue my studies through either an Honours or Master’s program to further pursue psychology and discover which area of specialisation best suits me. At this stage, I am eager to explore a broad range of topics, as I value gaining diverse knowledge to help guide where my true passion lies.

What do you love most about the job? What drives you?
With a background in primary education tutoring, where I worked with children from a wide range of backgrounds and needs, I gained valuable insight into the meaningful impact I can have on others’ lives. Supporting children who were initially anxious or shy, and gradually helping them feel comfortable, build confidence, and discover their strengths, has been especially rewarding. While I initially expected to be the one providing guidance and support, I was surprised to find that these experiences also played a significant role in strengthening my own emotional intelligence and empathy.

Three words that describe you the most?
Empathic, Resilient and Energetic

What keeps you busy outside of work? What things are you learning at the moment? Interests, hobbies, etc.
Outside of work and university, I value balancing time with friends and family alongside time for myself. I often spend time alone engaging in activities that help me unwind and recharge, such as walking, painting, and reading. When I’m with loved ones, I enjoy trying new restaurants, dancing to our favourite bands live, or relaxing with a picnic while watching the sunset.

How do you play?
I feel most carefree and playful when I am down at the beach with my two dogs, splashing in the water and running along the sand. I also love singing in the car with the windows down, whether I’m alone or with my friends.
