About me
For the past 5 years, I have supported individuals, families, and groups across community clinics, private practice, and hospital (in-patient and day-patient) settings.

My approach is warm, compassionate and trauma-informed, with a profound respect for all the parts of you that have supported you in your journey thus far. I focus on cultivating a space where you feel respected, supported and truly heard, making it safe to explore your internal world.

We'll collaborate to identify your goals and work together to explore how past experiences might be affecting your present life. Psychoeducation forms an essential part of my practice, helping you understand the rationale behind our approach, so you can take an active role in your healing. Then together, always at your pace, we'll engage in the work that supports you moving towards your goals.

What do you love most about the job? What drives you?

I’m continually in awe of what a profound privilege it is - to walk alongside another human who is brave enough to unpack their inner world.

Three words that describe you the most?
In session: authentic, gentle, and compassionate.
Outside of session: creative, kind, and cheeky.

What keeps you busy outside of work? What things are you learning at the moment? Interests, hobbies, etc.
Outside of work you’ll find me... outside, probably looking at trees! Otherwise I’ll be checking on my garden herbs, swimming down at the beach, saying hello to dogs I walk past, or at a yin yoga class.

How do you play?
I love anything creative (or messy) - painting, drawing, writing, photography, pottery...
