About me
I’m a registered psychologist with over 10 years of experience working in corporate environments. The majority of my career was spent with Macquarie Bank where I worked across talent and leadership development, behavioural change, and career transitions.

That background gave me a deep understanding of the internal patterns that often sit beneath high performance: perfectionism, overthinking, self-pressure, decision avoidance, and a mind that rarely switches off.

Areas of Interest

Perfectionism, burnout, stress, anxiety & depression
I work with adults who are capable and functioning well by most external measures, but who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or quietly exhausted underneath it all.

I welcome clients seeking support with:

  • anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, and high-functioning depression
  • stress, overthinking, and self-pressure
  • career transitions, professional identity, and direction
  • identity in major life changes such as becoming a parent, separation or career change
  • the emotional and behavioural patterns shaping financial decisions (individuals and couples)

The psychology of money and financial decision-making

This is a growing but still less common area of psychology, and one I’m particularly passionate about.

Many of our deeply held beliefs about money were absorbed from our families, our experiences, and our environment. Those early messages tend to quietly shape how we behave around money as adults: whether we avoid it, worry about it, fight about it with a partner, or find ourselves stuck even when we want to act differently.

My work is about understanding the emotional and behavioural patterns underneath your financial decisions and working through them so you can make choices that feel clear and genuinely aligned with what matters to you.

Money can activate deeply held beliefs about security, success, self-worth, and risk. This may show up as:

  • procrastination around investing or major financial decisions
  • anxiety or avoidance around money despite financial stability
  • emotionally driven spending or investment decisions
  • differences in financial values, behaviours, or risk tolerance within relationships
  • major life transitions involving money, such as inheritance, separation, or career change

Therapeutic Frameworks
My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, to help you understand the patterns keeping you stuck and build practical skills for clearer, more confident, and values-aligned decision-making. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and insight driven. Together, we work toward meaningful change that feels sustainable.

A note on Telehealth
I offer sessions exclusively via telehealth. For many of the people I work with, often busy professionals balancing full lives, telehealth makes it easier to access support consistently, without adding the stress of travel or extra logistics. Research shows that online therapy is as effective as in-person for the concerns I treat. For many clients, the privacy and flexibility of telehealth make it easier to stay consistent, and consistency is important to therapy outcomes.

If you're interested in working together or have any questions, including about telehealth, I offer a complimentary 15-minute discovery call to talk things through and explore whether it feels like the right fit.

What do you love most about the job? What drives you?
I love seeing clients translate insight into meaningful change. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch people move from feeling stuck or uncertain to taking confident, aligned action in their careers and finances. Supporting clients to build that clarity and seeing the positive impact it has on their overall wellbeing is what makes this work so meaningful to me.

Three words that describe you the most?
Passionate, caring and analytical.

What keeps you busy outside of work? What things are you learning at the moment? Interests, hobbies, etc.
I love spending time with my family and friends. I have a 1-year-old daughter who keeps me on my toes! I love taking her on daily adventures and creating opportunities for her to learn through play. I’m currently completing a property course to upskill in investing strategy and learning more about the Montessori educational approach.

How do you play?
Dancing with my daughter, going out for coffee with my husband, going out for dinner with friends and squeezing in a run or the gym when I can.
