About me
I’m a registered psychologist with 10 years’ experience working as a psychologist in corporate, with the majority of my career spent at Macquarie Bank. During this time, I worked across talent and organisational development, designing and delivering evidence-based leadership programs focused on behavioural change, decision-making, and measurable organisational impact. I also worked on internal mobility initiatives, supporting employees to navigate career transitions and development within the organisation.

Outside my professional work, I have a strong interest in finance and investing. Through building my own investment portfolio, I became increasingly aware of the psychological barriers that can arise when making financial decisions, including uncertainty, fear of loss, perfectionism, and competing values. Working through these challenges highlighted the powerful role psychology plays in whether people are able to take consistent, values-aligned action over time.

I started noticing similar patterns affecting the financial decision-making of family, friends, and colleagues, particularly during significant life events such as purchasing property, entering relationships, seeking financial advice, managing inheritances, changing careers, or planning for retirement. This led me to combine my psychological background with my interest in financial behaviour to support individuals in understanding the human side of money and career decisions.

In therapy, I work with clients to develop deeper self-awareness of the emotional, cognitive, and behavioural patterns shaping their relationship with work, money, and long-term planning. This may include navigating career transitions, improving confidence in financial decision-making, working through avoidance or perfectionism, clarifying values, or building a more intentional approach to investing, career development, and life direction.

Area of Interest
I welcome clients seeking support with:

  • Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about career or financial decisions
  • Anxiety, avoidance, overthinking or impulsivity related to money, investing, or long-term planning
  • Navigating career transitions, career direction, or internal mobility decisions
  • Building confidence and clarity when making financial or work-related decisions
  • Understanding patterns that influence spending, saving, or investing behaviours
  • Aligning career and financial choices with personal values and long-term goals

I do not see clients who are experiencing financial distress or seeking help with gambling.

Therapeutic Frameworks
My approach draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
(CBT) to build practical psychological skills that reduce emotional friction, increase decision confidence,
and support more balanced and values-aligned choices over time.

What do you love most about the job? What drives you?
I love seeing clients translate insight into meaningful change. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch people
move from feeling stuck or uncertain to taking confident, aligned action in their careers and finances.
Supporting clients to build that clarity and seeing the positive impact it has on their overall wellbeing is
what makes this work so meaningful to me.

Three words that describe you the most?
Passionate, caring and analytical.

What keeps you busy outside of work? What things are you learning at the moment? Interests, hobbies, etc.
I love spending time with my family and friends. I have a 1-year-old daughter who keeps me on my toes! I
love taking her on daily adventures and creating opportunities for her to learn through play.
I’m currently completing a property course to upskill in investing strategy and learning more about the
Montessori educational approach.

How do you play?
Dancing with my daughter, going out for coffee with my husband, going out for dinner with friends and
squeezing in a run or the gym when I can.
