Includes:

• Intake form to understand your individual neurodiversity profile & symptoms
• Online ADHD and psychological screener questionnaires
• 30 min video or telephone call with a psychologist for follow up screening questions, and additional brief history taking and recommendations.

If the consulting psychologist recommends continuing with an ADHD assessment after the consult, the cost of the assessment package will be deducted from your recommended assessment. If the psychologist does not recommend further ADHD assessment, but you’d like to continue therapeutic support, the costs of the initial therapeutic consult session will be reduced by $50.00.
